Here to HELP
We help adults of all ages to maintain their social ties with their community.
We do this by organising a range of social activities where people can meet friends old and new, participate in activities and receive advice or information about any nagging concerns they may have. We can also provide this information over the phone between 9am and 3pm Monday to Friday.
Our range of social activities include:
Monthly craft group
We meet at Harrogate Community House on a Thursday once a month. Bring along your own craft projects or just join in with the group craft activity. This friendly session is open to all, regardless of ability. There’s also plenty of chance for a natter over refreshments.
Regular ‘Here to HELP’ drop-in sessions
Our ‘Here to HELP’ sessions take regularly take place in Harrogate, Knaresborough and Ripon. We look forward to welcoming you to one of these coffee mornings where you can come along for a cuppa and a chat, or you can come with questions about where to turn for information about community activities or advice.
