On 31.1.17 it was announced that Harrogate and Ripon Centres for Voluntary Services (HARCVS), of which the Harrogate Easier Living Project (HELP) is part, will no longer receive funding from NYCC and the NHS to provide support for charities and volunteers, from 1st April 2017.
