Like for most charities, Covid-19 and the rising cost of living has put a huge pressure on our finances. With more people than ever turning to us for support, we increasingly rely on fundraising to pay for costs including:
- Tools and equipment for our Help at Home service
- Running our Help at Home vans
- Postage for the regular mailouts we do to keep our clients updated about our services
- Volunteers’ expenses and training
- Core funds to keep our services running
Ways to donate to HELP
There are several ways of making a contribution towards our services
Online donations: You can donate directly to support our work through JustGiving by clicking on the logo:
If you would like to set up your own fundraising page to support an event you are holding, or in memory of a loved one, this can also be done via JustGiving
Cheques: can be made payable to HADCA.
TextGiving – to make a donation of £5 , please text HERETOHELP to 70085.
To donate a different amount (up to the value of £20), please add the relevant amount i.e.

Gift envelopes – pre-printed envelopes are available for collections at fundraising events and funerals.
Add Gift Aid and make your donation go further at no extra cost to you. We can claim an additional 25p for every £1 donated in this way!
Naming our charity in your will
To make a bequest to HELP simply tell your solicitor when you write your Will or codicil, stating our parent charity’s full registered name, address and registered charity number as shown below:
