Come and join us for a free taster session in balance and stability at our February Here to HELP session. Fitness and active living instructor, Megan, from One Wellness, Harrogate will be demonstrating techniques for stabilising muscles and joints, as well as improving overall balance. Both of these can help to prevent falls and injuries. There will be time after the session to ask any questions to Megan. The drop-in ‘Here to HELP’ session takes place at Bilton Health and Wellbeing Hub 11 am – 12 pm on Tuesday 4 February.
